PART I: FACILITY USE RULES
§1. Introductory Provisions and Safety
a) Entering the car wash premises and using the equipment is equivalent to accepting these Regulations.
b) Road Traffic Law (Traffic Code) applies on the car wash premises.
c) A speed limit of 5 km/h applies on the premises.
d) The facility is monitored 24/7 to ensure the safety of persons and property.
e) A total ban on smoking and the use of open fire applies on the car wash premises.
f) Video monitoring covers the entire car wash area to ensure the safety of persons and property, prevent acts of vandalism, document violations of the regulations, and pursue claims. The data administrator is Marketingowo Piotr Niemiec. Recordings are stored for a period of up to 30 days, unless they constitute evidence in proceedings – in which case this period is extended until the final conclusion of the case.
g) During freezing temperatures, despite the use of anti-freeze systems and floor heating, local icing may occur on the premises. Customers are obliged to exercise extreme caution when moving around the facility.
h) Children under 13 years of age may stay on the car wash premises only under the constant supervision of an adult who bears full responsibility for their safety and any damage caused by them. Due to high water pressure and vehicle movement, children should not operate the washing equipment.
§2. Rules for Washing and Bay Operation
a) Only one person operating the vehicle may stay in one washing bay.
b) Customers are obliged to strictly follow the operating instructions placed on banners at each bay.
c) It is strictly forbidden to direct the water stream at people or animals.
d) It is forbidden to:
1. Wash engines.
2. Hand wash (using your own buckets, sponges, brushes).
3. Use your own chemicals.
4. Wash dismantled car parts.
5. Operate control panels (pressing buttons) – buttons should be operated only with the hand.
6. Spray the car wash control panels and lighting.
7. Leave excessive dirt in the bay (in particular piles of mud and sand) and abandon used accessories (sponges, brushes, cloths, gloves, empty chemical packaging, and others).
e) Washing of heavily muddied off-road vehicles, quads, and motorcycles is prohibited due to the risk of clogging the drainage systems.
f) Playing loud music and behavior that is a nuisance to other users and local residents is prohibited on the car wash premises.
g) Parking of vehicles beyond the time necessary to use the washing or vacuuming services is prohibited. The car wash is not a parking lot, a place for social meetings, or car rallies.
h) The water stream from the lance is under high pressure. Keep a safe distance from the surface being cleaned according to the car wash instructions and hold the lance firmly with both hands. The owner is not responsible for damages resulting from failure to exercise caution or intentionally directing the stream at body parts.
§3. Technical Condition of Vehicles
a) Entry is prohibited for vehicles:
1. Transporting dangerous goods (ADR).
2. Agricultural and construction vehicles with heavy soil/fertilizer contamination (risk of permanent clogging of settlers).
3. Vehicles with a total weight exceeding 3.5t.
b) With leaks of operating fluids.
c) With loose or unsecured bodywork elements.
d) With damage that may threaten safety at the car wash.
e) The maximum allowed height of a vehicle using the car wash is 2.70 m.
§4. Vacuums and Dry Zone
a) When using vacuums and carpet beaters, follow the instructions on these devices.
b) It is forbidden to use vacuums to suck in:
1. Liquids, mud, and wet surfaces.
2. Flammable or glowing materials (e.g., ash, cigarette butts).
3. Construction dust, gypsum, rubble, and fine dust (this leads to immediate clogging of filters and burning of the turbine).
4. Large objects that may block or damage the device.
c) Vacuuming external parts of the bodywork and engines is prohibited. The vacuum cleaner is only for cleaning the interior of the vehicle and floor mats.
d) The owner is not responsible for valuables (jewelry, coins, small electronics) sucked into the device as a result of the Customer's inattention. Recovering such items from the vacuum container may be impossible or involve a service fee of 100 PLN.
e) Maintaining cleanliness: Trash bins on the premises are intended only for small waste from the interior of the vehicle. It is strictly forbidden to dispose of household waste, bulky waste, car parts, and tires (subject to the penalty in §6).
§5. Change Machine
a) Purpose and general conditions: The change machine is an auxiliary device intended exclusively for Customers of Myjnia Batorego for the purpose of exchanging banknotes for coins necessary to use the services on site. Using the device for purposes other than preparing funds for washing (e.g., exchanging cash for private needs) is prohibited.
b) Accepted denominations and condition of banknotes:
1. The device accepts only Polish banknotes (PLN) in denominations of 10 PLN, 20 PLN, 50 PLN.
2. Banknotes must be dry, clean, not crumpled, not taped, and without folded corners.
3. It is forbidden to force banknotes in or insert any objects other than permitted banknotes into the reader.
c) Changing procedure:
1. Banknotes should be inserted into the reader one by one, waiting for the previous denomination to be fully pulled in and processed.
2. The machine exchanges the entire amount entered. The device does not have a function to cancel the transaction or return the banknote after it has been accepted by the reader.
d) Dispensing specification (Machine logic):
1. The machine dispenses only coins in the denomination of 2 PLN.
2. The Customer accepts the fact that it is not possible to choose the denominations of coins received in the changing process.
3. If there is an insufficient amount of coins in the hopper, the device automatically goes into "OUT OF SERVICE" mode. Attempting to insert a banknote into a disabled device may result in its blockage without dispensing coins.
e) Liability and malfunctions:
1. The owner is not responsible for a banknote blocking in the reader if it resulted from an attempt to use a damaged, wet banknote or one inserted incorrectly.
2. In case of a malfunction (e.g., the machine accepted a banknote but did not dispense coins or dispensed too few), the Customer is obliged to immediately contact the number +48 693 957 925. The basis for a complaint is the recording from the video monitoring and verification of the device's counter.
3. Any attempts at fraud (use of counterfeits, strings attached to banknotes, mechanical interference) are recorded by high-resolution cameras and reported to the Police every time.
§6. Liability
a) The car wash owner is not responsible for damages resulting from:
1. Using the car wash contrary to the instructions or these Regulations.
2. Washing a vehicle with damaged paintwork (chips, corrosion, splinters).
3. Poor technical condition of the vehicle (e.g., leaking seals, faulty electronics).
b) The car wash owner is not responsible for valuables left in cars or on the facility premises.
c) The owner is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of devices or improper performance of the service caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather events), failures of external infrastructure (energy, water, telecommunications), or other events independent of the Owner that could not have been prevented despite exercising due diligence.
§7. Contractual Penalties and Violations of Regulations
a) Due to the necessity of protecting car wash technology and environmental requirements, violation of the prohibitions specified in §2 point d and §4 point b and d results in a contractual penalty of 700 PLN for each established case.
b) A contractual penalty is imposed in particular for:
1. Use of own chemicals or washing accessories.
2. Destroying control panels (hitting with a lance/brush).
3. Leaving mounds of mud on the station or abandoning used accessories (sponges, bottles, etc.).
4. Using the vacuum contrary to its purpose (sucking in water, construction dust) or littering the facility with household waste.
c) Violations are documented by 24/7 video monitoring.
d) The Owner reserves the right to seek supplementary compensation if the value of the damage caused (e.g., system failure, property destruction, or administrative penalties from water utilities) exceeds the amount of the reserved contractual penalty.

PART II: PAYMENTS, LOYALTY CARDS, AND COMPLAINTS
§8. Payment Rules and Invoices
a) The car wash accepts cash payments (coins 1, 2, 5 PLN) and cashless payments (payment cards, Google/Apple Pay, and dedicated Loyalty Cards).
b) No change given: Payment machines at the bays and at the vacuums do not give change. Inserted cash is entirely converted into the time of service provision.
c) Pre-authorization: For contactless payments, the system may temporarily block funds on the Customer's account (according to the card issuer's regulations).
d) VAT Invoices: A customer wishing to receive an invoice for services paid for in cash or by bank card is obliged to obtain a receipt with a Tax ID (if the machine has such a function) or contact the Owner within the statutory period, presenting proof of payment.
§9. Issuing and Servicing Loyalty Cards
a) Cards entitle the user to use only the touchless washing services at all current and newly opened locations of the network. The card system does not support additional devices (vacuums, carpet beaters) unless the instruction on the device states otherwise.
b) The cost of issuing a new card is 10 PLN net. Shipping costs are covered by the Ordering Party or personal pickup is possible.
c) Upon issuance, the card becomes the property of the Customer, who bears full responsibility for its technical condition and protection against unauthorized access.
d) Loss or theft: The Customer is obliged to immediately report the loss of the card in order to block it. The owner is not responsible for funds used by third parties within 12 hours from the moment the loss is reported.
e) Damage and replacement: In case of mechanical damage due to the user's fault, recovery of unused funds is possible only after purchasing a new card and transferring the balance. Complaints regarding hidden defects of the card (failure to work not resulting from damage) are considered free of charge.
§10. Fleet Settlements and Liability
a) All prices in the fleet offer are net prices. The current price list is available at myjniabatorego.pl.
b) Payments for card top-ups and the card issuance fee are non-refundable in cash. Each payment applies to a one-time top-up according to the selected discount threshold.
c) The Owner reserves the right to change the basic service prices (e.g., increase in utility costs), which does not affect the established percentage discount thresholds for cardholders.
d) Responsibility for the user: The Customer (Card Owner) bears full financial and legal responsibility for the actions of persons to whom they have provided the card (e.g., employees, contractors).
e) Duty to instruct: Passing the card to a third party imposes an obligation on the Customer to familiarize that person with these Regulations. Use of the card by an employee is treated as acting on behalf of the Customer.
§11. Complaints and Final Provisions
a) In case of device failure or improper service performance, the Customer is obliged to immediately inform the Owner:

b) Complaints reported more than 24 hours after the event may be impossible to verify based on monitoring, which may result in their rejection.
c) The car wash owner reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations. Changes come into effect on the day of their announcement on the car wash premises or on the website myjniabatorego.pl.
d) In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
